Tired and lacklustre. The jokes are just not funny and even the physical humour leaves a lot to be desired. Feels like it has all been done before. It’s telling when even the kids in the cinema don’t laugh at what’s happening on screen – and they didn’t in the session I attended. The film is dedicated to Robin Williams and Mickey Rooney – who both appear in the film. Characters of that calibre don’t improve what is essentially a boring, more of the same outing.
